I work where AI adoption, customer outcomes and entrepreneurship meet.
I'm Julia — Polish, shaped by a decade in the UK and now based in Amsterdam. I help organisations turn capable AI technology into new ways of working. Alongside that, I'm building SEAR Plugs with my partner Andrea.
The interesting part is what happens between those two worlds.

02 / Two operating environments
Different contexts. The same question.
My work sits in technical customer success at a high-growth AI company. I help enterprise customers move from experiments to adoption: valuable use cases, well-designed workflows, clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
Alongside that, I co-founded SEAR Plugs — a specialist water-sports earplug brand stocked by more than 30 UK retailers, with European expansion underway. It is where I test AI and automation against small budgets, imperfect data and real work.
Together, these experiences give me two views of the same problem: capability matters, but operating design decides whether anything useful actually happens.

Operating notes, not opinions.
The internet isn't short of AI commentary. I'm more interested in what was built, why it was built that way, what changed and what failed. This site is a public record of what I'm learning across enterprise AI adoption and building SEAR.
I'm documenting, not presenting a finished formula. If something here saves another team a wasted month, it has done its job.
